Why is this part of my abs less developed then the rest?

It ain’t my pic. And ye but it’s also a long time since I’ve trained abs
If it's a postural thing you need to work on your body position awareness so you can actively target those muscles, most of us are slightly rotated and compensate in weird ways. I like hanged leg raises so my hips are neutral and I feel my core engaging better than planks.

Looks fine to me probably it's just your body being like that. Do you feel weaker? Maybe you compensate?

It's the opposite for me and for most people maybe start doing more cable crunches and leg raises
