Why isn't my skin getting better?

First Video is 6 months ago, second is now

This is my Skincare routine:
AM
Cleanser
Vitamin C Serum
Azelaic Acid 20%
Moisturizer
Tinten sunscreen spf50

PM
Cleanser
Tret 0.1%
Moisturizer
Ghk-cu (since 20 days only)
Accutane 10mg

I still feel like I look unhealthy and tired and unclean and my acne just looks pretty much the same even tho I've been on accutane for months

Help.

Why you run both tret and accutane at the same times? If you look tired maybe it's your dark circle, or you have recessed infra

its too much, stop all the other topicals rn and increase your isotretinoin dose

use until you reach your cumulative dose then start the other topicals

This is the 6 month difference. So annoying nothing changed. I'm not irritated either tho I don't get Red and my skin doesn't hurt.
