like one set of foods to meet all micronutrient needs in balance and even in excess (beta-carotene and lycopene excesses for example)

i mean eating the same thing everday is boring but if it works, it works.

fuck rice tbh, bulgur is more nutritious and has way better glycemic index
im looking into getting some good whole wheat pasta for when i want to make the monthly pasta tbh

Because we re all different . dna test is the only way to find out what you re supposed to eat .

Your diet is not to eat anything if you are over 14% BF and after you drop to 12-14% don't eat processed food

especially sweet potatoes, 1 sweet potato = more than 30,000IU beta carotene which is what they used in the studies

depends, if u had a shit diet prior with lots of processed foods and high amounts of salt and low anti oxidants then it will help alot

but if u had an okay diet prior it is only a small boost in skin if u max out everything

vit c: yellow bell peppers, guava. i guess yeah its tough to overdose that with food but is vit c overdosing even legit?

omega 3: chia seeds (315% RDI for omega 3 and 267% RDI for vitamin K in 1 oz)

From what i read most of the extra vit c you take you end up pissing away anyway tbh, better off applying a vit c serum
