Why isn't there a surgery that simply shapes soft tissue to look better?

I feel like it should be really easy to slightly fold over the skin on your zygos and thread a needle through that to gain mms of projection with basically no effort and basically no danger. Same with your chin, brow ridge etc., it seems like if you could just squish the skin where your eyebrows are to create a bump there you could very easily shape it to look like a projected brow bone. Why does no one do this?
 
Soft tissue adapts to what is underneath. If it looks like that, it's meant to look like that because of what's under.

Yeah and your chin is meant to look recessed even if you put implants/filler there to cover it up, doesn't mean that implants or filler don't add chin projection. Looksmaxxing is all about frauding bone in any way possible
