Saw this dude on a Reddit thread. He should be HTN at least based on psl guidelines but something just seems off and I can’t put my finger on it. Good brow ridge, good midface ratio, good hairline, full eyebrows although not positively tilted, good eyelashes, high PCT eyes, good chin, good skin. Something just seems off and maybe even feminine about him, like when I see him it doesn’t scream gl to me

Rhinoplasty with bone/cartilage grafts. It’s popular among ethnics and asians. Yes, for myself I am planning a rhino this year where my nasal bridge will be thinned, lowered slightly and tip refinement. My nasal bridge is high set and thick, which makes my eyes look closer set.
