I agree with the rest but there is a few caveats about this. It really depends on what is limiting your potential. 5’9 incel to 6’4 incel doesn’t do shit. 5’9 normie lanklet to 6’4 normie lanklet… helps a little… not a ton.

However, take A 5’9 broad chadlite. He could fuck a lot, get GL gfs and do well for himself

Height after 5’9 isn’t GENERALLY important directly to women. For ‘male respect’ and social dominance, its very important, and status is pretty important to women. Quality of life as well. The broader your shoulders and the more attractive your face is the more “extra” height continues to halo you.

Not ideal for getting 15 cm. You can get maybe 10 with simultaneous due to the brutality of it. Better to just space them 1-1.5 years apart and get more length.

I did 3 inches on each segment at different times, lengthy consolidation.
1 mm for femurs, and .75 for tibias (except for a few-week period that it needed to be 1 mm to avoid pre-consolidation, relatively brutal)
