Again, the only complications you get is if you pick shitty surgeon and don't do proper pe and recovery after. As the Trex arms I agree people should be careful doing too much, but most people have bigger wingspan than height, for example Im 5'10.5 and have a wingspan of 6'3

More height is always better if you can afford good enough surgeon to not have complications afterwards + height is multiplier for the face and if you have big frame then you are set to be in thr cl category

Dr Giotikas although he has some negative reviews , Dr Becker, me personally, I will choose my surgery with doctor birkholtz, he is in south Africa which is far, but he has 20 years exp and have not heard any negative reviews of him yet

When is your surgery scheduled? Do you use intramedullary or external?

Tbh i would recommend against traveling so far for surgery and especially i wouldn't do it in a third world country like SA.
Im based in Germany so seems best since I will not travel so far with additional language barrier and worse regulations.
