Why life gets boring as you become an adult?

After 21 I started to feel life is really boring, I started coping with even more drugs to induce despersonalization and it works, I forget about the "adult" side of me and life gets more interesting

But sometimes that personality comes up and the contrast is brutal, I cant have fun, I only think about what I should be doing with my life ,always comparing myself to others and always getting that feeling of "Im a responsable capable man"

When Im in a state of despersonalization Im also a capable man but still can have fun and dont have that self image of being an "adult"

Is being an "adult" just stuff that society puts in our minds since we are young or our brain actually becomes boring as we get older

you spend 18 years of your life surrounded with people same age as you, you got used to this
after school you’re supposed to find your own path, and that path is often lonely, even if you get a job where you have many coworkers, they’re most likely much older than you so you won’t relate to them

They took everything from us for the sake of profit, for the sake of 'productivity'.

Folk like us are kept under constant pressure, anxiety, stress, to keep us slaving away for them.
There is somehow never enough money for us, no rest, no house, no food, no wife or family, nothing.

I will never forget how I am a completely physically healthy young man, no disabilities, no diseases, highly intelligent, accomplished, and so on.
Yet somehow I am made to live as this truecel outcast in this world, in this 'society' as we call it.

Don't worry, things will only get worse. At 25 the feeling is even worse. At 30 even worse. At 40 (if you haven't killed yourself by then) it gets worse, and so on..

Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, video games, etc. can only take you so far in this respect..

That's why parents keep pushing us to find someone, a partner, and have children with them, because these things help the most in terms of coping, in making the idea of ''living'' more bearable, and make life more entertaining, more colorful, more eventful, every day a new adventure, new challenges..

With these, your brain can be constantly busy, and can no longer think about abstract and complicated things related to the world and life, which can cause anxiety or depression (it's like that meme with cyber bullying, where the idea is ''just turn off the monitor / PC bro..'' type shit)

Your mind will have to be in 10 different directions, you will have missions, responsibilities and things to do constantly to ensure the safety and comfort of your family and its members..

It's like playing an MMORPG, you level up, and have access to new maps, new bosses and new items..
