but humans have been trying to completely unevolve body hair for the longest time, as it is home for bugs and diseases which caused our ancestors to die off or become very unhealthy
the only reason men can grow long beards as they were much more likely to survive hand to hand combat, so natural selection took its course and allowed men to have long facial hair
the only feature which evolution wants to force is long, luscious, and thick head hair
as we become more intelligent, we require more hair to cool our brains and keep up in optimal function it is also a sign of youth and fertility
balding men would easily die off in the wild from a heat stroke and were reaching the end of their prime, meaning weak genetic shit sperm so women had to be unattracted to them for the safety of future offspring
