To look good with low PFL U need

-FIRSTLY ur eyes need to be set wider apart, Close set eyes + low PFL =death tier eye area
-well defined, forward projecting zygos that are tight to the side of the face (aren't too wide)
-dense eyebrows, preferably low set and extending horizontally all the way the top of the zygo
-appropriate zygo : temple width
-good eyelashes
-good eyeshape (NOT downturned / NCT)
-Good hair (Bald = ur eyes look even smaller)

WITH These traits, U can actually have a very good eye area with low PFL thats very comparable to someone with a strong pfl. PFL is not a feature like JAW where u MUST have it , but jaw doesn't affect other features like ur eyes for example.

On the other hand, PFL itself isn't needed and can be almost irrelevant with these other features being strong, but for every weak feature in that list low PFL will greatly exacerbate the effect of it.

TL DR
- PFL greatly compounds the disharmony that other bad features can cause. But with fitting features it doesn't affect the facial harmony much
