Why melatonin isnt working for me

Ive took 1 gram at the beginning no result took 2 grams no result.Took 3 grams had some hearth problems.Took 5 grams nothing 10 grams nothing plus speed up my hearth.What the fuck is wrong with me i just wanna sleep .And i cant even do that.I need to 2 hours to fall asleep and im waking mid night after max of 5 hours of sleep.

Because it's weak, NyQuil is better than that. I wouldn't recommend Benadryl, and if you can get a prescription Xanax is the best sleeping pill.

NyQuil and blue light blocking glasses you wear at night when watching screens can help. Haven't really had much luck when dealing with insomnia.
