Why mena are ruined with big nose genes?

Not talking about jew nose shape.. I mean they generally have very big noses. Thats is big reason why so Many middle eastern countries are top at Plastic surgery. If he only had small noses we could be top tier race aesthetically. Our best features are usually eye area and our jaw are decent but most middle eastern guys are always bloated looking. They eat too much fat.

And, most west asian, that is persian, kurd,etc, have actually narrow nose compared to white, the issue is not it beeing big, it's actually the opposite, big nose - rather angular tho - is a white trait.
But usually their noses are droppy, or hook or bump, that's the difference.
but why? you compare ppl who are not european with european beauty standard and not their beauty standard, don't u see the issue? obviously a cat won't look good for a dog's beauty standard.
