Why Milk can help with height.

So before you call me grey listen. My fathers parent were both 170cm/5´7, but somehow my father turned out 190cm/6´3. I asked him how that happened and he told me when he still lived with his parents he drank a lot of milk like 1 litre a day. Often when he wokeup late at night his mother also gave him milk to drink. Think about this how you want, maybe it´s just luck.

your father ate animal based diet(without any gmo or other poisons)probably lived a healthy life,and he got tall???No way!!!
