Actually, genes CAN and WILL change very fast under right circumstances.

Deep set eyes are caused by maxilla forward growth. If you face is recessed you will have bad posture. Maybe bad posture of young people are caused by Mobile phones and this had led their maxilla to recess which leads to not in proper eye development. ..
