Because very tall people tend to have larger skulls and are less likely to have good proportions, one of the reasons amongst others.
Long midface and shit es ratio are common issues among really tall peoples, on the other hand with a less big skull you are more likely to have good proportions and therefore to look good, even if even a 6PSL face can't make up for a sub 170cm height in 2023.

I'm interested what your opinion on this. I don't have a pics but irl i see a lot of tall guys in my college who look deformed e.t.c. Someone is very boneless, downward grown, recessed, retarded looking e.t.c while short ones i see tend to have more normal facial appearance even if still low-tier/mid-tier normie level

depends 5'7-6'2 tend to be within the normal ranges outside of that you are more likely to look un-proportional or have an uncanny weird look. Not to say you can't be a 6'5 giga chad with a 10/10 face but its just less likely. Its more likely your body will be tall in weird areas.

In my opinion this is due to poor body posture as they have to constantly be looking down/hunched etc. I’ve noticed a lot of tall people tend to have poor posture compared shorter people and it also seems to have an impact on the maxillofacial area.
