im 20 years old, and I’ve been thinking about the long-term effects of steroids. Looking at guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman, it seems like they were blasting steroids for a significant part of their lives, and they’re still alive and to some extent, thriving.
I understand there might be risks, but honestly, I don’t see a major downside from their examples. Am I just being clueless here, or are the risks overhyped? I’d love to hear some insights or experiences from people who know more about this.
