Is it due to manual labor ? I knew bones get weaker as we age.

labor, I have it too.

been working a labor job since age 15.

Over for industrialrevolutionchildrencels
I mean it's not like I even work a lot, but forearms and calves are slow twitch dominant, meaning they primarily grow from extended use rather than explosive use.

the shoulders are similar, which is probably why mine are abnormally developed.

farmers walks.

shift your weight from the heel of your feet to the front, you might look retarded doing this though, but your calves will explode in size.

I meant except gym. Would handgrippers help my forearm/fingers to get thicker ?

because they didnt had that many hormone disruptors like we have
mostly because they aren't sedentary fucks that grew up eating processed food that stunted their development.
