Here in Europe if you want to transition from male to female / female to male (whether you are an adult or not) then you will be supplied with the necessary drugs and surgery with taxpayer funds.

If you are a male who wants to transition to gigamale through HGH during puberty and Testosterone as an adult, fuck you, not only will the government not pay for it but it will outright restrict the sale of such products. And plastic surgery? Forget about it.
