why tf am i so red?

always had redish skin tone, now im on accutane its like 3x worse. I got 50 spf now but like is there anything else. Wanting to do mt1 soon but if this doesnt go away then i dont wanna risk lobstermaxxing. anyone had this and how to fix?

Maybe your skin is very sensitive and dry

Use an anti redness cream or like tinted spf to cover up your redness
