Why tf do you need peptides to stay lean?

Constantly seeing people talk about reta, I thought they meant retin a (tret) until I looked into it.

Ive been lean probably 11-13% bf my whole life with one period as an exception when I was forcing myself to eat more to gain muscle, and probably got to 16% or so.

Do I just naturally have low appetite vs others? I eat twice a day but close to each other, basically OMAD, I do a lot of NEAT (I pace for hours a day, maybe 3hr), and I never really crave food.

I have binged eaten before, usually sugar stuff like chocolate, but I don't even eat it anymore cuz it always gave me acne.

Unless eating something really Nice like a curry or burger or steak, I always found eating to be boring and effort.

Some people just genetically store more fat which makes it harder to lead for them so instead of going through all the effort of hard cutting and making our body constantly tired, just use the peptide

just be a regular human being instead of relying on shit to get lean

Yes apparently it isn't normal to not eat 5k calories a day without injecting yourself with performance enhancing drugs. Niggas really need to pin just to drop the fork
