My parents have a normal philtrum. My dad‘s is long but it‘s not so defined like mine and it‘s much more flat.
My mom‘s looks also normal.
Why does mine looks like this then? I don‘t undestand this shit. Nobody in family has such a prominent outsticking philtrum.
Only me and my sis ( she‘s not here anymore). Her’s was more similar to mine. But still better.

You have good forward growth for your maxilla, but it’s still too vertically long.

If you got lefort 1 with impaction CCW you would be able to reduce your philtrum vertically and it would also soften these folds that you have.

But that is a very extreme measure for someone who is fairly good looking if not for this one outstanding failo.

Why don’t you try getting fillers there to fill in the gaps in the folds and see if your philtrum can look smoother?

I wish a philtrum like that was my only real failo. You could legit be goodlooking if only there was a fix. Nose can be lengthened and the tip changed in shape to reduce the length somewhat but I would not recommend this. your nose is fine as it is. I dont know if the whole mouth area can be moved up. a lip lift will look ridiculous in your case
