recessed infraorbitals should be the least of your concerns when looksmaxxing since they are extremely unnoticeable, even models like gandy have them recessed.

Ya I was shocked at how much they were. What are your thoughts on buccal fat removal for narrow faces? Too subtle to pay 4k for?

haven't done much research on it but if it's done for hollow cheeks then zygos implant is the way to go, but for narrow faces aka bad FWHR then you don't want your face to look like a peanut since it's narrow already.

I have a narrow face and am doing custom cheek and jaw implant already. Sucking in my cheeks barely makes any difference (typical test for whether or not to do buccal fat removal) but I notice a lot of people pair the custom implants with a buccal fat removal along with neck lipo (which I'm definitely doing) for a more angular look.

I just don't want to blow 4k for a barely noticeable result just like I almost got scammed into the 10k infraorbital extra. These doctors have no shame.

just want to point out the if you have a low hyoid bone then the lipo won't do much change, it's best to lose weight and save the money.

and imo it's best for you to drop down to 10% body fat and see if it'll make any difference and if not much then go for the buccal fat removal.

I'm at around 13% bf already and I noticed a general change in face shape. Don't plan on getting fatter (or leaner tbh) but I guess it's a good insurance policy?

the best way to know is to take a video of your profile with mewing and then releasing your tongue, that will pretty much show your hyoid bone changing position.

but at 13% i doubt that it's fat and it's most likely just a low one so the lipo won't do jack shit and pretty much is a waste of money.

get the implants first and then go for the other procedures then that's the best way to tell.
