why the fuck did i only start getting acne post puberty

nigga I got the most acne i ever had in my life and i arguably had a way worse diet my teenage years, way worse fucking physique, was addicted to making roblox games, playing jrpgs, and hanging out with friends on discord.. yet back then i had glass fucking skin. i got acne scars all over the left side of my face, and spot pimples everywhere on both sides now.

Yeah, it’s an oldcel tale that sugar has historically been the reason we all have acne. We now understand even if you fix your diet, it won’t help anywhere near as well as a soft retinoid would whilst on a disgusting diet of purely platypus nutsacks.
