it literally makes me wanna cry when i see my front and subsequently my side, its so damn horrible it looks like some fucking fish kill me… i look good on photos but when its time to make a side profile photo im so ugly (will include both for reference), i do not even know what the ficking problem is, it seemsl like im all flat, but what the actual fuck, i have no visible jawline and my cheeks are more foreard than my lips it makes me wanna cry what surgwries or procedures do i get to look fucking better or im eating 10packs of ibuprofen

Just lean down and if your thinking of hardmaxxes I would recommend fillers for less invasive and sub dermals for more invasive / expensive if you are willing to dedicate this is only for your side well also with your front too but it would help MASSIVELY with your side profile

im already pretty lean, fillers migrate so not a good long term solution + even if i simulate maxilla growth with a filler tgen both the eyes and the node will look uncanny.
