My fwhr increased, I got a jaw that you can see, my masseters hypertrophied, I trained my neck to be big af, I grew 2 inches, my shoulders increased literally 2-3 inches at least, and yes I got big and have better hair. Jfl at saying nothing changed.

Plus you can't see my acne in the before pic. It was p bad. And also I looked worse before
