Why you need to be walkmaxxing
1 - Passive Leanmaxxing
Walking burns fat without raising appetite, therefore walking 10k+ steps per day is optimal if you wanna leanmaxx
2 - It's Free
Unless you're a disabled wheelchair or amputeecel, walking is completely free and in addition to being free you can get from place to place while actively leanmaxxing. Perfect for any fat niggas reading this.
3 - Lowers cortisol
Walking it self doesn't raise cortisol, but depending on where you walk (forest, fields, nature, etc) the scenery can be nice and that can be nice and relaxing.
TLDR ; You need to start walkmaxxing because it's good for leanmaxxing, is free and doesn't raise cortisol unlike most other activities.
