The natural reaction for most people when getting botched is actually to hide away. They know that they cant get revision if they blame surgeon. And going to a site like this or any other forum will almost allways only help others but not themselves. It will most likely make the chances of even getting revsions with other surgeons less likely if one goes out on a website and blame a surgeon. As most surgeons dont want to risk anything with that patient then because of the chance of getting negative online feedback.

It is worth to think about this before getting surgery, because more people then you think have problems after surgery

Another thing; many people who get botched have ridiculous requests. It is the surgeons fault for performing them but they have to make money somehow. The issue is that when some of the extreme case botches happen, the person who got botched might face a defamation lawsuit for attempting to speak out when they asked for something that was too difficult to be done nicely in the first place.

I mean this can be true, many do too many surgery all at once. And this can be risky. Also many dont want to wait long time enough between diffrent procedures, even revisions. And have no real concept of whats possible. But unfortunately i think the smart patients who gets botched are the most less likely to go public with it because of the unfavor it makes

well yes thats why im not always for it especially more extreme ones but retards on here are like no man just get obo yet theres no good results online that dont look retarded + even simpler stuff like cantho looks like down syndrome. id rather keep my 42 esr and nct than look like an extreme fake botch case. people have unrealisitic expectations

Depends on the definition of botch, people getting complications that can make life worse in how they operate is not rare.

Getting extremly visually botched is rare

Yea, i mean even simple things like fat graft is risky as the it can become lumps with time and create diffrent types of issues. There is no safe surgeries. Ofc some are easier and less unsafe then others. Obo etc is just put of the world for example. Sure its unlikely you become blind but minor complications and less functionality is probably 95%

given this, youd think filler would be more respected for people that cant afford the risk of getting even slightly botched. area of injection makes probably the biggest difference in safety with filler but i doubt theres anything in the eye area thats safer with surgery than filler.

assuming that you are well versed with the care necessary for making and keeping fillers looking good and not identifiable.

theres also js less post surgery results shown because they know it is underwhelming asl.

brutal reality of looksmaxxing even within hardmaxxing. it takes the right base, luck to lead to a satisfying outcome(which majority of users here will shit on),

thats why i always tell ppl who dm me abt surgery. to expect a .25-.5 increase at BEST after 2 hardmaxxes atleast

Getting botched is common.

Getting a frank tufano level botch is rare.

Most people almost always end up with more asymmetries, imperfections or just not going exactly as the surgery plan intended.

Yes, surgeries address larger flaws that make it a worthwhile trade off for most. But minor visual complications like these are very common.

Almost everyone requires a revision surgery, but it might not be severe enough to make it worth pursuing.

Yea, thats the funniest thing, we see the best results or at least someone who is happy with result and still its underwhelming most of the time. yea a good base with a clear issue thats often and easily fixed with surgery then sure.
