Inorganic muscle meat provides most nutrients, but doesn't provide certain rare nutrients.
Eggs and dairy could provide them, but inorganic eggs are 100 times more toxic than inorganic muscle meat, and pasteurized dairy is insanely toxic and will clog up your arteries with plaque because of cauterized minerals and indigestibility of milk sugar and milk protein (which go straight into your blood stream undigested) from destruction of 100 percent of digestive enzymes from denaturing proteins from heating the milk product.
From this, by eating only inorganic muscle meat, we have most nutrients, but we also have a deficiency.
