Many disregard t3 as an supplement to take roiding, but t3 is the best supplement there is, close to hgh. T3 is what keeps your metabolism, testosterone and immune system strong, and can "negatively result in the bones becoming weak" because they become long too fast. They cause linear growth in the chrondocyte of the growth plates which is what a lot of people are lacking in since they eat like shit and have 200 test, something worth looking into.

does it matter if i buy T4 ? Since it converts into t3 anyway right? Or should i just buy t3?😁

not as catabolic as people think, a replacement dose with be catabolic but if in a cutting phase t3 is actually godsent, i remember being stuck at 143 for 3 weeks despite a 1000 cal deficit, started supplementing t3 and blew through 2 pounds that week and further. Didn't feel like i lost any noticeable muscle either

Its also pretty much unavoidable catbolism as its not super dependent on high levels og cortisol

Dnp and bam15 mogs, even mots-c mogs

dnp makes you feel extremely lethargic (trust me i would know) but it does it's job for sure, I've never seen a successful anecdote of bam 15 till this day, and mots-c increases/help mitochondrial function not much for your metabolism (atleast i think). T3 is directly linked to your thyroid and is directly linked to your feeling of well-being, energy, and memory. t3/t4 is directly helpful to your body even without thinking of weight loss. If someone doesn't want to go through the effects of dnp and still wants to boost up their metabolism t3 is easily the runner up

All 3 are veey modest and unlikely to give signifcant wffects outside of placebo, maybe immune system but not the ones listed in this post as its a pretty poor indicator of all

And if you dose dnp to an equivalent dose for increasing bmr you wont feel very lethargic as it would be a low dose

And most people underdose bam15 and dont dose frequently enough
