Mackerel (500 grams raw)​

Total Nutritional Content of organs (Liver + Gut + Brain + Gills):
  • Vitamin A: 993.75 mcg RAE (109% DRI)
  • Vitamin D: 5.75 mcg (288% DRI)
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids: 375 mg (23% DRI)
  • DHA: 160 mg (10% DRI)
  • Iron: 1.3625 mg (10% DRI)
  • Zinc: 0.4625 mg (5% DRI)
  • Selenium: 9.125 mcg (18% DRI)

Herring (500 grams raw)​

Total Nutritional Content (Liver + Gut + Brain + Gills):
  • Vitamin A: 789 mcg RAE (87% DRI)
  • Vitamin D: 4.6 mcg (230% DRI)
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids: 300 mg (19% DRI)
  • DHA: 123 mg (8% DRI)
  • Iron: 1.21 mg (9% DRI)
  • Zinc: 0.365 mg (4% DRI)
  • Selenium: 7.4 mcg (15% DRI)

Liver provides the most of nutrients. Brain provides majority of the minority nutrients. Gut provides minority of minority nutrients. Gills provide iron.

Raw beef is worthless.

Conclusion. We get daily dose of vitamin A and vitamin D, needed for cellular functioning from organs. Plus we get iron for metabolism.

Im on day 5 of my fast all I can think about is a big juicy organic burrito filled with grated raw milk cheese organic beans and organic grass fed beef oh my god I cant wait any longer for day 7

the fact that I have all these ingredients in my fridge and they are just standing there teasing me is suicide fuel

Don't use beans or any seeds. Buy dried fish. It tastes like bread.

Yeah generally im a proponent of avoiding seeds and grains and legumes but Im just really craving them rn

That's your starch and sugar microbes of gut microbiome dying right now, hence them secreting hormones of desire, in their desperation.
Ideally you would kill them and replace them with raw kefir microbes or fermented meat.
