Just realised that I hadn't really spared a thought about this forum for a while or spent hours rotting on offtopic like I used to for ages. And funnily enough, I've been much better off for it. I used to rot here endlessly, think I have about 20k posts combined across all 3 of my prior accounts. Before this place I used to rot on 4chan and the sharty, so I've been subjecting my subconscious to unending streams of negativity for years to drown out any fleeting moment of silence which might lead to any sort of introspection. I think I've finally weaned myself off of it and started living. This will be my final post, to be honest I thought I'd already deletd my account, guess I'll have to try again.
All I can say I've learned from it is that what goes in your mind comes out of it. When you consume ragebait, meaningless post-ironic slop, pages and pages of negativity and suffering over and over every day, your mind becomes enveloped by pessimism and nihilism. You're in Plato's cave except the shadows are of dating app statistics, foid ragebait tiktoks and incel suicide notes. There is a famous quote that quite accurately diagnoses the problem with this forum- "Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right". If you truly convince yourself that you're unloveable, a trucel, that dating is impossible for you and that there is no escape for you, then you are right. These are self-fulfilling prophecies. The path of least resistance becomes romanticising your condition, wallowing in your sadness and making yourself angry just for the catharsis of it all. Blackpilling is learned helplessness.
This is not bluepill cope, you've already gathered all of the information that holds any tangible use from here.
Women are somewhat hypergamous and their nature is enabled by modern society, looks matter, improving your looks is high ROI up to a certain point, you have a (small) degree of control over your looks, human attractiveness can be objectively generalised and quantified to a certain extent, certain pharmaceutical protocols and surgeries can improve your QOL if applied correctly at a significant cost (both monetary and physical), and nature is fundamentally unequal and unfair.
That's it. You know this. Knowing this does not change it, or make you any happier. You probably already grasped and accepted that within a few weeks of discovering this content, yet many of us continue to surround ourselves with it. Because you are addicted to negativity. Intense emotions are infinitely more stimulating than boredom, than silent introspection. But this is no way to live. The fact is, the pudgy, norwooding wageslave LTN who looks at his recessed face in the mirror every morning and truly thinks "I'm looking pretty good today!" is substantially happier than you, and has a much higher chance of attaining positive outcomes in life, simply because he has a delusional positive mindset and sense of self-esteem. Knowing "the truth" (which, in reality, is likely an unnuanced and overly negative dramaticisation of it muddied by your own self-loathing) is of no real value in and of itself if it doesn't make you happier.
What your mind does is take a raw, noumenal world of information, filters and process it through your brain and sensory organs, and creates your own perception of reality. When you train your mind on negativity, it learns to see negativity everywhere and it feeds you an ever more depressing reality. The normies were right in that your mindset is everything, as it is the lens through which you see the world. And a muddied lens produces a rather ugly sight. So stop smearing more mud over your lens, and get off of this site, get off of tiktok and ig reels, get off your screen in general and just do something else.
A couple of guiding principles from my own 21 years of life that I'll pass on to you all, in case they are of any use to you:

A couple of guiding principles from my own 21 years of life that I'll pass on to you all, in case they are of any use to you:
- Try to create, rather than consuming: find a creative outlet and get really good at it- writing, drawing, painting, music, designing etc. Produce something tangible, it will serve as evidence of your existence, of your skill and hard work. Consumption should be fuel for creation rather than your purpose. Look at the archetypal consumer- the "soyboy", who has memorised every marvel movie, owns every funko pop and whose soul contains no substance whatsoever. It is easy to see how meaningless and shallow this caricature's existence is, yet how many of you actually produce anything, or at least consume media any higher-brow than that on a regular basis? Most people are as devoid of a soul as the soyboy but fail to realise it. Man was made to create.
- When you do consume, consume quality media rather than low-class, mass-produced slop. Classic books, highbrow media, intellectually challenging content. "You are what you eat" should be extrapolated to the idea of media consumption, too. Don't be surprised to find that you are perceived as a simple, boring and unintellectual person if you've done nothing but consume algorithmic shorts, forum posts and childrens cartoons your whole life.
- Train yourself at impulse control. You don't have to pick up your phone as soon as you get the urge to scroll. You don't need to watch porn and jerk off whenever you get horny. You don't need to eat whenever you feel hungry. Recognise the urge, and deny yourself it. Impulse control is like a muscle: every time you practice it, you are performing a rep to strengthen it. Self-control is self-mastery, a slave to one's impulses is no better than an ape.
- Do your best to prevent and suppress negative thinking and cynicism. It's not "realism", it is self-destruction. It is chosing to be miserable. You've trained your amygdala to think the entire world is a threat and that everything is out to get you. There's evil in the world, but I've found that people are generally much nicer than you'd think when you get to know them. Most people are great at being vile to faceless names and virtual personas but are far more pleasant in the real world. I'm sure none of you would feel half as much bile towards a random cute girl you met in person than if you encountered her online. This is why the internet is so poisonous, it dehumanises people and reduces them to labels and categories to hate. Dating app hypergamy stems from the same principle, arbitrary standards collapse when you meet the right person face-to-face.
- Stop being a slave to comfort and safety, and do hard things. The path of least resistance is the path of least gain. Asking out a girl is hard. Exercising is hard. Getting out of bed, sometimes, is hard. But if you don't talk to women, you can't get laid or find a wife. If you don't exercise, your muscles will stay small and weak. If you don't get out of bed, you'll rot your life away. People often justify their nihilistic, blackpilled mindsets with the idea that knowing the truth is preventing pain/embarassment by preventing people from trying and failing. They avoid pain rather than seeking fulfillment. Which is a deeply tragic, and downright stupid mindset to hold. Nothing meaningful is easy, and failing is just the process of it. Pain exists to guide you.
- Spend your time wisely. You can cope with religion but the fact is that you probably only get one life. 80ish years if you're lucky. Maybe more if tech progression and your health favours you. Maybe much less if you're unlucky or everything goes to shit in our lifetime. Nobody on their deathbed has ever wished they spent more time online. More time bedrotting, More time hating themselves. "Not allowing myself to be happier" and "Not living true to myself" are two of the top deathbed regrets people have. Give yourself a break and use your limited time meaningfully. If you don't know where to start, begin with the first two points and see where they take you.
