This woman is 52 and she's been covering her body in Coconut Oil everyday.

This man is 110 and uses Olive Oil on his Skin

As far as Vitamin C, some use it topically but it's useful for many organs, and there's a high chance you're not getting optimal quantities through your diet even if you're eating very healthy so you might as well supplement that one.

You still might want to do an exfoliant, facial massage, or whatever the hell you do increase cell turn over but Olive Oil and Coconut are good and cheap alternatives for giving your skin antioxidants it needs to thrive and moisture.

Especially if you distrust pharmaceutical skin care companies.

True ngl but for these specific cases I’m sure genetics play a giant role too

God Tier Skin for 52 and 110. You can find before and after's of younger people in image search and there is improvement in smaller time frames as well. Here's more pics of the first lady.

There are many other factors to having good skin. For example she has a lot of melanin naturally so her skin will be more protected from aging form the sun. I think i read that most skin aging is due to the sun as well.

Edit:
What percent of aging is caused by the sun?
1) The sun triggers 80 percent of skin aging.

If you get acne then don't do it. I've been using Olive oil for a week and my skin looks much better. (was already good before)

I think with skin people react differently to some things.

Maybe if you have dry skin
Otherwise the oil will clog your pores.

Good post.

Is that the same as coco-butter btw?

This is already a thing its called oil cleansing don't just use olive oil though jfl

CoCo butter is from Coco beans. It might be good.

Everyone has different kinds of evidence that they prefer but for me I like when I have examples of people doing something for decades, even if they are only a few "anecdotal evidence" because I suspect most theories on how the skin works and adapts are incomplete and most studies are biased and wrong to support junk products. I'll do a deep analysis on some of those mainstream theories and the studies they hold up as evidence when I have more time.
