Why you should stop cheek biting immediately

Occasionally doing it is ok although it looks weird asf and everyone knows that you are doing it but if done chronically for a long time even if it’s light pressure it can slowly cause fibrosis or thickening of the connective tissue around the buccal fat pad basically forming scar like resistance in that zone. This is not visible fibrosis, but more of a dense, rubbery feel when you push into it. It doesn’t always look weird but can make fat harder to loose, dissolve or shift so it can make you more bloated and asymmetrical too if you put more force on one of your cheeks.

i have this how do i fix i have been hard biting for 2 years probably now
