Why you shouldn’t get canthoplasty and instead get canthopexy if you’re under 40

I've been into lookmaxxing since 2018 and have developed a good eye for aesthetics but honestly even a normie can see it's botched, check the og reddit thread

Canthoplasty itself is a god tier procedure but it’s literally designed to correct a negative tilt not to correct overly large eyes or droopy lower eyelids she needed lower eyelid retraction repair and maybe some fat grafting she DID NOT NEED a canthoplasty but don’t diss it because of room temp iq normies getting surgeries they don’t need
