okay so basicly im going to have orthodontic consultation about palette expander and wich one is better cause there are some variants of it (my goal is to expand my maxilla just for looks but i also cant breath with my nose "clearly" it feels like its full for my whole life and i heard that palette expanders type marpe can fix this tho tell me something about it and let me know if i said something wrong
