Undereyes look like water retention. I also get that.
It's your jaw that's relatively more rounded, obviously. It's made worse by your neck being thin.
If it was at a 1:1 ratio with the width of your jaw, your jaw would look longer and I suspect more angular.
I don't know why you're aging yourself with the facial hair, focus on looking attractive for your age or younger. Look 24 when you're 29, not 19. Beard is useless.
Skin looks good, but so is the lighting. Collagen improvement with pharm and diet likely possible.
Eyebrows could be straighter and denser from what I can see. I don't like the upwards arch, but I'm biased. Not sure of the width, can't see.
Get leaner, obviously, but your face is moderately lean in this photo already.
Hair could be higher/taller to compensate for roundness, but your facial height seems alright in this photo even with lens distortion. Good.
Hair style is ok, looks compressed. Would be better if looser and fluffier or whatever, but again not bad.
Above average overall, good genetics (depending on height) but still work to be done.
