My hips fucking cook my physique I’m 13 what should I do I think it might be fat but idk
 
weight? height? going to the gym? losing fat through a calorie deficit?

Lose weight, monitor your calories and be in a slight deficit (use a calculator). In your workouts emphasize your shoulders by doing atleast 1-2 shoulder exercise (such as Lat raises, and Shoulder DB press). If you have shit hip genetics you can create the illusion that your waist isn't as big as it seems.

Bruh he is 13. That is just normal puppy fat everyone had at that age. If you get into a kcal deficit, you will fuck up puberty. Just eat normally (not too much) and get some normal regular exercise and sleep

When I was 13 I was highly insecure, going to the gym and monitoring my calories helped me improve my confidence. I'm not saying to abide by a strict criteria, but he asked for normal gym advice which I provided which was nothing extreme

what do u mean you think? go get ur weight + height + age and calculate ur bmi if ur not super muscular, itll give u a decent gauge on wether ur fat or not
 
13 is young as fuck. Your frame/physique can change a lot between ages 13 and 20 if you do the right things, meaning maximize your testosterone and DHT levels while you’re growing.

Get off this garbage website & focus hard on eating a clean diet with a lot of protein, lifting heavy weights regularly, being physically active outside of lifting, going outside, having social interactions.

Even better, play sports in middle school & high school. Being on the football team, soccer team, lacrosse team, etc while you’re in school keeps you healthy physically & mentally. It’s one of the best decisions you can make for yourself & will bring you a lot of friends & opportunities with girls.

Please play sports, lift weights, eat a clean diet, go outside, spend time with other people, make friends. And for the second time, get off garbage websites like this. I wish I had done this at your age. Follow my advice if you aren’t retarded & care about your future & care about maximizing your looks when you’re older.
