In your workouts emphasize your shoulders by doing atleast 1-2 shoulder exercise (such as Lat raises, and Shoulder DB press). When I was 13 I was highly insecure, going to the gym and monitoring my calories helped me improve my confidence. what do u mean you think? go get ur weight + height + age and calculate ur bmi if ur not super muscular, itll give u a decent gauge on wether ur fat or notI think it might be fat but idk
