Alright I believe you, but this exercise still looks scary as fucknot if you go slow, I know Mike Tyson fucked up his neck but that’s bc he wasn’t training his whole spine with stand-stand bridges / backbends and he was going crazy fast
bridging is extremely healthy for your neck when done right
