what extra fries do i gotta do at home to get a better frame ( i only have a pullup bar)
 
learn all sorts of pull ups and calisthenics variations, basically maxx out your pulling strength on the bar. Add in other calisthenics exercises without the pull up bar as you progress. Your best bet is bodyweight induced hypertrophy but its usually cope unless diet and form is top notch. Get a gym membership asap.
