ashwagandha is insane, you'll be shooting ropes and perfect erections. Though it's main mechanism is cortisol suppression, which actually boosts test, not the other way around.
And effects will be seen within 1 day, latest 2 days. And 700mg is too much for a framelet like you, 250-300mg daily will be more than enough
