Will a calorie defecit actually affect me during puberty?

I know there are many threads on this but ive never seen a definitive answer, its always “oh its bad for growth just bulk” or “cut because being fat produces more estrogen” so is it actually bad if i do a 500 cal deficit (im 164 and my physique is good but i have really no facial angularity, i am also 5,7-8 15 😢)
 
Just cut
No one wants to be fat

if its not excessively extreme for a long period of time you're fine.

Just maintain heathy body fat and ur good

Don’t get in an extreme deficit, but the pain of not experiencing teenage relationships is far greater than the pain of whatever comes with a calorie deficit.

Yeah im just going to do like a decent defecit but not too much

imo its better to be in a slight surplus just eat healthy and dont get too fat
