Too much running can be catabolic. You should do sprints instead. Sprints are phenomenal for building muscle and explosive strength.Why not too much running?

jogging is giga cope for dumbass foids and masochistic dudes
if youre diet is right you could get that fizeek pretty easily, figuring out your diet is 100x more important than how you train if you want a basic lean look like picture
