I dont want to spend multiple years building a body, but i need decent strength

Sure. Don't see why not. Don't run that much though. I'm starting calisthenics routine soon.

For sure. I use both and im much leaner (plus I managed to put on a decent amount of muscle at the same time) in comparison to my pre-gymcelled body.

Why not too much running?
Too much running can be catabolic. You should do sprints instead. Sprints are phenomenal for building muscle and explosive strength.

Dunno insertions but we have similar frame so i went off it
I just bought creatine and whey protein powder letsgo

i only do pushups n half arsed diet and look like that

I rarely eat but 0 exercise

no really i have subpar genetics bodybldng wise

the only thing i have going on for me is that its easy to stay lean and i can go without food easily

honestly just train abs and do full body workout if you want cos its good anyway, lose weight and keep protein intake high, and youll get there

dont run long distance, HIIT is way better for fizeek and much less stressful on the body

jogging is giga cope for dumbass foids and masochistic dudes

if youre diet is right you could get that fizeek pretty easily, figuring out your diet is 100x more important than how you train if you want a basic lean look like picture

Yeah, you don't need much else.
I've never used any other gym supplements besides these 2.

Yes, gyms are closed, im doing calisthenics and got all my body sore, pistol squats, one leg calf raises, a million pushups, etc. and you are set.
