Will a LeFort III change the eye area?

I have droopy eyelids and scleral show with dark circles, very poor infraorbital.

I consulted with an expert maxillofacial surgeon and he told me that I would be a good candidate for LeFort III.

Do you think a LeFort III osteotomy will change the eye area? I hope it does.

Has anyone on this forum done a LeFort III surgery? The surgeon said there is no major risk and the aesthetic benefits are remarkable. I've yet to see any examples of members here getting LeFort III osteotomies and becoming more attractive.

Yes it give you better undereye support so it makes change. But you can get same results with infraorbital rim implant+ lower eyelid retraction.

exactly, actually finding a surgeon is difficult, then you have to find one thats willing to perform it on you, and if you aren't deformed then its nearly impossible to find a surgeon willing to do it.

The surgeon said that it's not risky and that I have basically midface hypoplasia so it would solve the problem.
