I got a palette expander I wish I did more mm It did make my face asymmetrical but in the long run when maxxing out other things youre very early gonna realise narrow palette is top 3 nerfs also gave me forward growth

depends on your starting position, like how wide your jaw or zygos are. But unless you expand too much, you should be fine.

You likely won’t get any excess forward growth unless you’re hella recessed with expanders and braces because it's all lateral/widening, however with expanders you could get slight maxillary forward growth primarily due to repostitioning, but realistically its not going to be a mini double jaw surgery. Definitely improves your facial aesthetics overall though
