Saw someshit like Pyru or something that apparently does this. And also heard that topical dut is being developed which is way less systematic than oral with similar effectiveness

Yah just went down that rabbit hole yesterday. Hopefully it's available in the next 3-5 yearsThere are medications which work via alternative pathways. 2 of them are the most promising - PAI-1 inhibitors and prolactin antibodies.
Hint: if you see "simple molecule" in description, it usually means it's much easier to produce. Prolactin antibody can be effective but bioengineering is way harder, that's why you shouldn't expect any generics/biosimulars to it soon after official release, even ignoring patents, like India and China sometimes do. On the other hand, pai-1 inhibitors are simple molecules and can already be ordered at places which supply compounds "for scientific needs" (but damn expensive), or synthesized in capable private lab.Yah just went down that rabbit hole yesterday.
