No I can't bear to be a disappointment to myself or others any longer. The pain of existence always out weighs any pleasure I am going to die anyways why not to the chase. If there is a god I am dammned to hell already so I want to meet my maker before I make an even worse mess of things

At some point, especially if you're using long half-life opioids like methadone, full tolerance develops to feel good effects and you just feel normal even on a high dose of it. Then if you stop you get brutal withdrawals but at this point, you can inject a lethal dose and end it. So you might start to love it but you'll not be able to maintain it anyway

Don't do it unless you're 100% sure you want to end it, if unsure try other drugs like shrooms, LSD, DMT or even just DXM (you can probably buy it at your local pharmacy)
