no its topical but me personally id say just microdose accutane ngl i also have mild acne so i microdose it

try pharmacy but most likely u need to get it prescribed first. what tret does is it will speed up cell turnover and shrink pores so it will prevent acne from forming and also reduces acne scarring by promoting new skin growth underneath
