try pharmacy but most likely u need to get it prescribed first. what tret does is it will speed up cell turnover and shrink pores so it will prevent acne from forming and also reduces acne scarring by promoting new skin growth underneath

tretinoin cream,btw u have to do sandwich method(moisturizer tretinoin mousturizer) and spf50 sunscreen(tinted sunscreen is a nice way to fraud,but if you dont use a nice cleanser it would clog your pores)(mark as solution please)
