Is it a good idea to bell-swap flat bench and incline bench? I do barbell flat bench and dumbbell incline bench. What if I switch them to dumbbell flat bench and barbell incline bench. Will this get gains going again?
 
This did more for my chest than bench press

Flabbergasting. The YouTube fitness gurus say this is a shit chest exercise because it’s a lats exercise.
I feel it in my chest, lats, triceps and abs. It made my abs sore when I first started it. It also made my chest bigger.

Worth a try OP. You could also reverse the order that you do them. If you usually start with flat, trying starting with incline for a few weeks.
